Jurnee joined UCF Victim Services in 2022 but has previous experience in advocacy. She has training in Victim Assistance and is passionate about ensuring victim’s voices are heard, supported, and empowered. She works, trains, and is constantly seeking training and education to create a comforting space for victims to share their stories in confidence. Jurnee has previously served the Homeless/At-Risk population where she has been able to advocate for families for fair and adequate housing. Jurnee is a University of Central Florida alumna where she graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and double minored in Nonprofit Management and Medical Sociology in December 2020 and is excited to start on the journey towards her master’s degree. Outside of the office, Jurnee loves adventures near and far, neon lights, butterflies, everything Princess Tiana and New Orleans, and making new memories with family and friends.
