Respect, compassion, and empowerment are at the foundation of Mandy’s approach to victim advocacy. Mandy has been in the field of Victim Services for about 12 years working in various sectors as a victim specialist including the prosecutor’s office and with local law enforcement. She is currently a Regional Coordinator for the Florida Crisis Response Team and has responded to various incidents of mass violence. Mandy is both a certified Victim Service Practitioner through the Florida Attorney General’s Office and a Credentialed Advocate at the Advanced Level with a designation of Comprehensive Victim Intervention Specialist (NACP). She also holds 3 degrees from UCF- a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s each in Public Administration and Criminal Justice. Outside of the office, Mandy prioritizes spending quality time with her family and enjoys gardening as a form of self-care.
